On February 11th, DAI Marcus Macias presented a check on behalf of the SDDAIA to DDA Hector Jimenez who runs Project LEAD (Legal Enrichment and Decision). Project LEAD is a decision making program that encourages attorneys, investigators and staff from the District Attorney's Office to volunteer and mentor 5th graders about the criminal justice system. #projectLEAD #futureleaders #volunteer #SDDA

SDDAIA - Connecting With The Community

On December 20th, the Foundation along with Ben Macias of Community Facility Transportation (CFT) provided gifts to 16 families with 36 children as part of connecting with the community. We give thanks to Donny’s Café located at 3901 Bonita Rd., in Bonita, for allowing us to use their parking lot for this important give away.

SDDAIA Thanksgiving Community Outreach

On November 23, members of the San Diego District Attorney Investigator Association (SDDAIA) teamed up with the San Diego Police Department in partnership with the NLPOA, Paseo Del Rey Church, Maranatha Church, Church 180, Love Thy Neighbor, Coordinated Fleet Services, District Attorney Office and the Officers of SDPD Central Division and Southern Division to give away 75 turkeys and canned goods to the community. In 2017 the San Diego District Attorney Investigators Association started the Pink Patches Project in an effort to raise awareness for breast cancer. In 2020 we added cloth Pink Badges to our supply. Families In Motion

Passing Of Officer Dan Walters
